We love all of our clients at Lash & Brow, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our door has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cancellations
At Lash & Brow, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours (48 hours for Eyebrow Feathering / Ombre Brows) before your scheduled time, you will lose your deposit. We also do not give refunds, if you have a change of mind, and you give enough notice we can then transfer the deposit to another service.
Running Late?
Be Considerate
Lash & Brow is a very popular Beauty Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily.
